Stuttgart Rosenstein is a project initiative of the state capital Stuttgart that is committed to making good use of the land that will become available after the completion of Stuttgart 21. Where the train tracks are today in the middle of Stuttgart, the Stuttgart Rosenstein project wants to create a sustainable urban neighborhood with sustainable mobility options and lots of urban nature.
