Our environmental and climate protection solutions are IT-driven. It is therefore all the more important that those who develop digital solutions for the challenges facing our society actually reflect our society. This is the only way to ensure that the needs of different groups are well met.

Ready to Code is an association and network for people whose gender is currently still underrepresented in IT professions. The goal of the association is to achieve more gender diversity, to inspire a wide variety of people to take up IT professions, and to take action against gender-based discrimination. For example, the association offers programming workshops for girls* and beginners and organizes networking events.
